Journées SMAI-MODE 2018
The SMAI-MODE days are soliciting the following types of contributions:
Conference participants are invited to submit an extended abstract describing their contribution. Information on the submission deadline and other important dates can be found here. As it has been the case in the previous editions of the SMAI-MODE meeting, the Jean-Claude Dodu prize (co-sponsored by EDF, Orange and Thales) within the context of PGMO will be awarded to the best contribution of a young researcher.
Contributed abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee.
Participants are invited to submit a short abstract (maximum 200 words) that will appear in the conference booklet and an extended PDF abstract (typically from 1 page to no more than 3 pages) which will be made available online and will be used by the scientific committee for selecting submissions. To prepare the extended abstract, authors are required to use the specific SMAI-MODE 2018 template available here.
The submission process comprises the following 4 steps:
Create an account. First, go to https://workshop.imag.fr/smai-mode2018/account and follow the instructions to create an account in the conference submission management system.
Create a submission. Connect to https://workshop.imag.fr/smai-mode2018/review with the account information of the previous step. Click on "New Submission" ("Nouvelle Soumission"), enter a title, and save. The submission will not be finalized until the final step.
Modify a submission. Click on "Edit submission" ("Gérer soumission"), fill in the field "Abstract" by copy-pasting from the TeX source of your extended abstract file. Provide a list of authors and their affiliations by clicking on the respective icons at the bottom of the screen. Generate and submit the pdf created with the provided TeX template.
Complete a submission. Your submission will not be finalized until you click on "Finalize and submit" ("Finalisation et Envoi à l'Editeur" ) in the previous page. ATTN: you will not be able to edit your submission after this stage.
